Grab a pen and piece of paper, and do the exercise along with the video from beginning to end.

Repeat the entire exercise without this video (using just your memory) at least 5 times from beginning to end. 10 times is better. If you aren’t able to write the notes without hesitation in the exact order as the exercise in the video, you haven’t done this exercise enough. Continue to repeat this exercise until you can write all the notes easily from memory. Hint: You don’t have to do it all in one day 🙂.
